Building Narrative through Drawing:
Every Mark Tells a Story

In this two-part virtual drawing
class taught by artist Sonya Blesofsky,
participants will learn a variety of drawing techniques to create
finished works based on observation. Drawing inspiration from works
in the Museum's collection, the class will include exercises that
explore close looking, positive and negative space, line work, and
shading, along with instruction about specific approaches to
composition and mark-making.

Participants should have access to a
computer with a camera and WiFi and will receive a Zoom link prior
to the program date.

Please note that this is a
two-session class. Ticket purchase includes both sessions on May 17
& 24.
