Creating
Space for Young Adults in Art
*Free
Workshop for Teens Ages 14-18*
Led
by experienced Art Educator Julie Swenson, students
will engage in community-building exercises and
thought-provoking discussions centered on art and
its connection to contemporary issues.
Teens
will have the opportunity to explore and discuss
relevant topics currently impacting our nation.
Each workshop will include gallery discussions
showcasing contemporary artists' works on exhibit
at the Museum.
In
addition to stimulating conversations, participants
will engage in hands-on art activities that foster
a deeper understanding and awareness of social
issues. Join us in this enriching workshop series
and empower young adults to express themselves and
connect with others through the world of art.
