Opening
Reception and Artist Talk with Q&A
Saturday,
March 11, from 2 - 4 pm
Join us to celebrate the
opening of this year's Member Highlight exhibition,
which features Liz Mitchell's immersive
installation, The
Paper Boat Project.
Liz Mitchell is a multi-media artist from New
Jersey who uses various materials and processes to
convey her visual stories. Her work includes
innovative layering techniques, resulting in
exceptional installations and mono prints.
Mitchell carefully selects materials to create a
unique atmosphere around each piece's storyline,
with a portfolio showcasing pieces of different
scales, from small handmade books to site-specific
installations.

Over 35 camp sessions for kids
ages 5-15 – from sculpture and drawing to acting
and anime – led by instructors who are experts in

painting, mixed media, glass, jewelry, photography, etc. — are welcome!
