We are pleased to introduce Ezra Tzfadya, a
scholar of both Shia Islamic and Jewish
political and legal thought. Prior to coming to Rutgers, he was an Iran
Policy Fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International
Studies and a visiting faculty member in the Borns Jewish Studies
Program at the University of Indiana (IU) Bloomington. He is currently
a senior fellow at IU's Center for the Study of the Middle East and
leads the program “Shia Islamic and Jewish Legal Reasoning in
Dialogue.”
