In this class, we will practice alignment-based postures to align, strengthen, and
promote flexibility in the body. Breath work (pranayama)
will also be integrated. You can expect to find your
inner strength and alignment based on classic yoga
                      postures.
Full-body movement and balance are the goals, as we make
a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with
standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and
                      hip openers. Modifications
will be offered to allow the class to be beginner to
                      intermediate friendly.

Join HAM and Christina Flanagan to amplify
your intentions for the new year by creating a vision
board of inspiring images and affirmations to ignite our
intentions for 2023 and discover how to Manifest.
 We will
begin with an offering of essential oils, gentle
movement, & meditation to confirm our intentions for
the new year. We will then tap into our creative minds
and assemble a collage of motivating photos and words
relating to future ideas we would like to manifest for
our life in 2023. We will seal our visions into our
hearts with a relaxing sound bath. |

                      | Hot Stone Restorative Chakra
                      Workshop Instructor: Stephanie MooreTime:
                      5:30 – 7:30 pm
 Date:
                      Friday, 2/10
 Tuition:
                      $35 member, $40 non-member

During this specialized 2-hour Restorative Yoga Workshop,
the healing benefits of hot stone placement, Aromatherapy
and Restorative Yoga are combined to give participants a
therapeutic experience through the chakra system.
Seven different blends of essentials oils
crafted to awaken each chakra will be diffused during
each pose. Hot Stones are placed strategically along
meridian channels to raise the vibrational fields of the
body and provide a feeling of deep relaxation. Think spa
treatment meets your yoga mat! Restorative Yoga is a beautiful
antidote to a stressful, busy life, and is an approach to
yoga that is accessible to all levels of practice. All
postures are done on the ground with multiple props so
that the body is supported at all times. Restorative Yoga
allows the nervous system to calm, the breath to slow,
and the mind to rest. |
