The Brook Arts Center proudly presents the Brook Orchestra’s Fall concert on Friday, November 4, at 8 pm.

The Orchestra will perform a diverse and exciting selection of works, featuring Alexander Borodin’s Symphony No. 2 in B minor Borodin composed the work intermittently between the years 1869 and 1876, not including the heavy revision process that followed in the decade to come. Considered one of the most important works by the composer, the symphony is in four movements, each highly expressive, rhythmic, and varied in style and texture.

The concert will also feature Claude Debussy’s prélude à l’après midi d’un faune and Camille Saint-Saëns Danse Bachhanale from his famous opera Samson et Dalila.
