LPL News: A Month of Gratitude

November 20, 2022

Livingston Library Community,

During this season of gratitude, we invite you to take a moment to pause and reflect on what you are thankful for. On Monday, November 21st at 7pm, the Livingston Public Library will be hosting the workshop 5 Daily Exercises in Gratitude. Led by licensed psychologist Margaret DeLong, this workshop will cover simple daily exercises in gratitude that will take you no longer than 5 minutes per day. Registration is not required for this event, and all are welcome to attend.

As we continue to give thanks and express gratitude this month, we also invite you to stop by the Library and explore our resources for yummy thanksgiving dishes and recipes that you can share with your family and friends!
