Check
Out the Fierce Cast of AVENUE Q
|
|
In our fourth week of rehearsal—yes, we survived
puppet boot camp!—the cast of Avenue Q is
ready to welcome you this weekend.
If you missed all of Avenue
Q’s 6,537 performances in New York, then now is your
chance to say you finally saw the adult-friendly puppet
musical.
|
|
How do you know
that you need to visit Avenue Q?
- Friday night takeout is getting old
- There’s “really nothing” on Netflix
- Sick of flipping channels for every mean-ass political
commercial
- Really need a good laugh and a night out!
- Haven’t seen any hot, drunken puppet sex in a long
time!
|
|
Come watch the puppets drink…and argue about the
purpose of life…and do the nasty. Avenue
Q is not recommended for
audiences under 14 years of age, and while the content is no worse
than what’s playing on cable these days, the theater wants parents to
be aware that its humor is intended for mature audiences.
|
|
Be forewarned:
full puppet nudity will result in loud laughter (as loud as
the hell you want!)
|
|
NY PRODUCERS SUM IT UP:
“The show gives audiences the opportunity to laugh,
escape from the outside world for two hours and have tons of
fun. Avenue Q proves to be timeless, and we learn
that sometimes it takes a puppet to make us realize how remarkable,
complicated and messy it is to be human.”
