LPL News: Join Us for Nursery Rhyme Time!

Livingston Library Community,

Are you looking for a fun way to fill your little one’s morning with books and stories? The Livingston Public Library is excited to announce the new season of Nursery Rhyme Time beginning on Wednesday, October 12th at 10:15am

During Nursery Rhyme Time, babies 23 months & younger and their caregivers are invited to join us on the Youth Services Terrace (weather permitting) for a traditional storytime with fun stories, our favorite songs, and American sign language!

Small business owners, entrepreneurs will learn how to use the U.S. Business and Consumer Modules to target specific groups of businesses or individuals who may most likely be interested in their products or services. In this training you will learn how to identify the ideal geography of potential new customers, learn key contacts, research competitors, identifying sales leads, marketing intelligence, key elements to include in a business plan and much more.

  • what sections of your LinkedIn profile are “heavy hitters” and how to ensure your profile gets seen by hiring managers
  • how to navigate most of the site’s features including groups, alumni pages and the job search tool

Conversation Groups for English Language Learners.

English Language Learners will enjoy casual conversations with a volunteer facilitator and one other student for one hour a week. Topics will include current events, hobbies, and general interest subjects.
