1953, Sing Sing Prison: David Greenglass, Ethel’s brother, helped the Rosenbergs steal the secret of the atom bomb and then testified against them. He has been flown from a Pennsylvania prison to convince Julius to admit his guilt and name other spies, to get the Rosenbergs' sentences commuted. Julius must choose between David’s assurances of a new beginning, and Ethel’s insistence that they remain true to their ideals even if it leads to their deaths.

Award-winning playwright Martin Coren earned an MFA in Playwriting from Columbia University. In additon to many public readings, his plays have been performed here and abroad.

Featuring Gary Martins, Michael Bias, Margaret Massman and Andre DeSandies
