❤️ MAM? Become a Member      Four New Exhibitions Coming to MAM     Opening September 10 It's officially the start of Fall at MAM, and we're starting the season off right with four new exhibitions. Lori Field: Tiger Tarot, George Inness: Visionary Landscapes, WOOLPUNK®: Sunflowers & Graffiti'd Sky in the Garden State, and Life and Landscape: Inspired by George Inness open to the public Saturday, September 10.  Visit our galleries to explore the mystical world Field creates with her original tarot cards, and then get lost in one of Inness' expansive landscapes. Take the Laurie Art Stairway to experience WOOLPUNK®'s monumental mural as you make your way to MAM's Vance Wall Art Education Center to see the talent of Studio Montclair artists, which includes MAM teachers and staff. Become a MAM member and join us for a special members' reception and exhibition preview Friday, September 9. Enjoy the holiday weekend and we look forward to seeing you soon!     Enjoy a Night of Jazz at MAM            September 8, 5:30-9 p.m. Don't miss your chance to hear some local talent at MAM After Hours: Art Meets Jazz. Spend the night listening to jazz vocalist Carla Cook and her trio while enjoying light hors d'oeuvres.   In collaboration with the Montclair Jazz Festival and the African American Cultural Committee (AACC), Art Meets Jazz will feature Cook performing a selection of original compositions, as well as renditions of classic songs in her improvisational style.    Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and special performance from Jazz House Kids. Enrich your life with art by exploring familiar artistic passions or discovering new ones at MAM. MAM offers a multitude of weekly workshops, classes, and camps sure to bring out your inner artist. Spend the day molding clay on a potter's wheel or working on a picturesque painting. Whatever your artistic passions, you'll be able to find the perfect fit at MAM.
