I’m excited that the NJ Jazz Collector’s Bash is taking place once again and hope you are, too!
This year, The Bash begins Thursday evening, October 27th, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, NJ and ends Saturday evening, October 29th.
THOUGH THE BASH IS STILL SEVERAL MONTHS AWAY, PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND AND/OR WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE TABLES. WE’D LIKE TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW MANY OF YOU WILL BE JOINING US.
If you’re a vendor, please let me know if you’d like to reserve 1, 2 or more tables, because space is limited. Below you’ll find complete details.
If you’re a collector, you’ll find thousands of vintage 78s, LPs, 45s, cylinders, CDs, DVDs, books, sheet music, catalogs and much more.

HOURS: Thursday, October 27th – 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Early Buyers Only); Friday & Saturday, October 28th & 29th – 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (General Public)
VENDOR DETAILS
Vendors can reserve tables measuring 6 feet x 2 feet or 8 feet x 2 feet, which are available on a first-come basis, and cost:
- For Thursday evening + Friday & Saturday all day/evening -- $98 per 6 foot x 2 foot table or $110 per 8 foot x 2 foot table
- For Friday all day & evening only -- $65 per 6 foot x 2 foot table or $74 per 8 foot x 2 foot table
- For Saturday all day & evening only -- $39 per 6 foot x 2 foot table or $46 per 8 foot x 2 foot table
- After September 30th, the table costs will rise to $110 per 6 foot x 2 foot table or $128 per 8 foot x 2 foot table, for the entire Thursday evening + Friday & Saturday all day/evening event.
PAYMENT METHODS
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your table(s). Payments can be made via check, money order or PayPal.
