Bach, Bagels, and Bob

Two years ago, Maestro Butts created his popular zoom talk show "Bach, Bagels, and Bob" as a way for all of us to stay connected during difficult times.
Many have asked when the show might return. We are happy to announce that there will be two shows during the summer of 2022. Both are on Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM as in the past.
Saturday, July 9: Maestro Butts welcomes composers David WIlliams and Michael DeMaio as well as BONJ violinist Emily James to discuss new music in the 21st century. Guests will discuss what inspires composers in today's world and how musicians work to interpret new music.
Saturday, August 6: Maestro Butts welcomes recording producer Brian Foran. Brian has recorded BONJ events for over twenty years. He has recorded orchestras, chamber music recitals, operas, and dramatic works throughout New Jersey. Brian will discuss what is involved in recording high quality audio and video in live performance situations.
Both shows will include video clips.
These shows are free, but registration is required.
