Radiant Visions is the first annual exhibition celebrating the creative achievements of students who are studying studio art in MAM's Access Program.

Opening Reception on Thursday, June 2, 4–5 p.m.

Tenacity & Resilience: The Art of Jerry Pinkney features more than 80 beautiful illustrations and working drawings from nine children’s books spanning 1979 to the present by Jerry Pinkney, one of America’s most renowned children’s book illustrators.

From My Home to Yours: Sunset Live Score and Screenings with Laura Ortman

 

June 17, 7:30 p.m.

MAM launches a three-part Indigenous performance series in conversation with the new cinematic installation From My Home to Yours with a special outdoor evening featuring exhibition artist Laura Ortman (White Mountain Apache).

With a palette of foot pedals, clouds of rosin, and multi-instrumental mastery, Ortman will perform her atmospheric score to an exterior projection of the film, followed by a screening of acclaimed short films by Ortman and her collaborator, Caroline Monnet (Anishinaabe/French).
