SUMMER THEATER CAMP
Camp Brook is designed to provide a fun creative experience for students entering grades 3–10 in the Fall of 2022, who are interested in exploring the wonders of theater.
We offer two full-day sessions, July 11-29, and August 1-19. Weekdays 9 am -3 pm.
Our experienced staff has designed a fun program that will develop self-confidence, self-expression, and creativity and teach students to work as a team. Campers will explore their imaginations and creativity through theater games, pantomime, role-playing, and improvisation.
Discover their talents using skits and short plays. In both sessions, our staff will introduce all facets of theatre production from acting techniques and performance to scenic design, lighting, and sound design, property management, costume design, and scriptwriting. Students will learn all the elements to create a product from the start to opening night. After three amazing weeks, they will perform in a Camp Brook showcase production on the historic Brook Theater stage!
No auditions are necessary, everyone is welcome! The program is a wonderful way to try something new and meet new friends!
