Marna Seltzer, Director Princeton University Concerts
In this recorded talk, Marna makes a case for attending live concerts and helps explain why we gather. The mini communities that are formed for the two hours we sit together in the dark, connect us to each other through music. Artistic appreciation and aesthetic engagement are basic human characteristics we all share—regardless of our age or background—and make us feel like we belong.

David W. MacMillan, Professor of Chemistry
In this recorded talk, Professor MacMillan talks about his path to Chemistry and the important role his brother played in this process. He learned early on that despite the knowledge, science and chemistry doesn't care about what you know or think, it's going to do what it wants to do, and you have to be ready to grab the reins and hold on tight and let it lead you where it wants to take you.
