Glenn Llopis offers a practical method to help individuals and their organizations continually assess, interrupt, and pivot from suppressing to unleashing individuality. In his new book, titled Unleashing Individuality, Llopis reveals the five indicators that prevent institutions across healthcare, corporate, and higher education from making false assumptions about who belongs where, doing what, and how.
The event will feature an introduction by RVCC President Michael J. McDonough and include a panel discussion by industry leaders, including DeAnna Minus-Vincent, Chief Social Justice & Accountability Office, RWJ Barnabas Health; Eric Miller, Head of Talent Sourcing, Paramount; and Allan Boomer, Managing Partner, Chief Investment Advisor, Momentum Advisors.
The event will conclude with a question-and-answer session and a book signing.
