19th-century farming tools and equipment offered on indefinite loan
The Dey Mansion Washington’s Headquarters, in Wayne, NJ is working with the granddaughter of a man who left with us “on indefinite loan” a large collection of 19th-century farming tools and equipment to find new homes for these loans as the items are outside of our scope of interpretation. She is hoping to loan them to another museum/institution until the time that she feels she can make them a deed of gift. Again, these would be loaned until the owner feels as though she can make them a gift.
