"People should talk about what's real." That's what livestream comedian Natalie Grinnell says she believes, anyways. This new full-length play by NJ-born playwright Alli Hartley-Kong follows two couples talking—or not talking—about their experiences around the choices women make or don't make around pregnancy.
The play follows two couples—irreverent livestream comedian Natalie and her boring-but-rich husband Josh, and serious historian Katherine and her loving husband Rathanak "Ryan" Keo—as they navigate their "fertility journeys" during a global pandemic, without realizing the history that connects them is deeper than it appears.
