Maus: Using Graphic Novels to Teach about the Holocaust

Free Workshop for Middle and High School Teachers, March 3

A Tennessee school district’s controversial ban of Maus, Art Spiegelman’s Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic memoir, has brought increased attention to this complex work of Holocaust literature. Thanks to a recent gift from Len Littman, the Bildner Center and the Herbert and Leonard Littman Families Holocaust Resource Center (HRC) are able to offer a timely virtual workshop to guide educators in teaching this important text.
