Emmy award-winning national news correspondent Michelle Park will be showing us how to prepare mandu, a Korean dumpling often served for Lunar New Year. She will be preparing both a meat and vegetarian option. Ingredients list provided on registration page for those who wish to cook along with her.

Stop by the Information Desk to pick up a pre-measured world spice or blend. You’ll get information on the spice as well as a recipe you can make at home.
