Holiday Gift Shoppe and WAE Center Art Show at the West Orange Arts Center

Holiday Gift Shoppe

WHEN: Saturdays and Sundays from 11am – 4pm
WHERE:
West Orange Arts Center at 551 Valley Road in West Orange, New Jersey.

Each visit to the Arts Center promises a shopper's paradise, with rotating "pop-up shops" in the gallery where local artists and artisans will showcase their jewelry, clothing, pottery, soaps, candles, and other beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces.

New this year is the opportunity to purchase gift certificates for future gift shoppe visits or for membership in the West Orange Arts Council. Either selection makes it easy to give the gift of art and support local artists.

"The warm, personal and inviting atmosphere at the West Orange Arts Center can’t be achieved shopping online,” states WOAC Chair Patricia Mitrano. “Our new Gift Shoppe manager, Liana Torrice (below, right) has transformed the space beautifully, infusing it with her interior design sense, which even includes a retro 80’s room to diversify your look.”

Holiday shoppers can also enjoy a special exhibit “Inside Out” featuring the WAE Center artists. The JSDD’s WAE Center is a holistic, creative and expressive arts learning center for people with disabilities, providing opportunities for members to explore creating fine art. The beautiful artwork and gift shoppe items are available for purchase as a one-of-a-kind gift.
