BONJ ANNOUNCES 2 SPECIAL HOLIDAY EVENTS

The Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey is excited to announce two very special events for the holidays.  Saturday, December 11, 2021 We will present our first live streaming event in collaboration with Salvatore Minardi Salon, 8 Park Ave., Madison, New Jersey  Enjoy special performances by  cellist Evan Ardelle, soprano Theresa Carlomagno, and pianist John Pivarnik performing for the community in the spirit of the holidays!  If you are in the area, swing by and say hello and share the spirit of the holidays. The film tells the story of the discovery and first modern-day performance from the original 1693 manuscript of Alessandro Scarlatti's dramatic oratorio La Giuditta. The film features excerpts from our historic performance at Washington's Headquarters Museum Auditorium (where the manuscript was discovered) and interviews with Dr. Jude Pfister and the artists.
