Join Millburn Public Library for National Novel Writing Month!

November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).

If you've ever wanted to write a novel, now is the time!

Each year thousands of people commit to writing the first draft of a novel during the month of November. You can too! The Millburn Library will be Come Write In partner for this year's NaNoWriMo.

To learn more, join us on Wednesday, October 27, at 7PM for our virtual kickoff event with novelists (and NaNoWriMo alums) Pamela Erens and Joanne Serling. Register here.

The library will also offer:

  • A selection of books about the craft of writing.
  • A clean, well-lighted space (with wi-fi) for you to write in our pop-up location at 253 Millburn Ave.
  • A weekly virtual check-in and pep-talk.
  • Plus lots of novels to inspire you! Search our catalog.

There are plenty of other resources on the NaNoWriMo site:
