Jewish Heritage Museum Announces Second Online Auction
The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County is pleased to announce its second online auction through StorageTreasures.com from Monday, October 4th, through October 18th, 2021.
StorageTreasures.com is the world’s largest, most trusted, online
self-storage auction platform. The website hosts over 15,000 online auctions
per month and advertises live in-person auction schedules as well.
This online auction is a fun and unique way to raise funds for The Jewish
Heritage Museum, and it is safe too! Museums and nonprofits all over the United
States face a difficult time during the pandemic, and their usual
fundraisers have been postponed or canceled. This opportunity helps the Museum
to continue to ensure the Museum will have resources as it opens to
the public.
The Museum is interested in receiving donations of vinyl records, household
items, tools, collectibles, sports equipment, baseball cards, jewelry, sports
memorabilia, name-brand items, old suitcases, small appliances, music
equipment, turntables, or speakers to fill a storage unit, which will then be
auctioned through StorageTreasures.com.
If you or anyone you know has items to donate, you can drop the items off,
by appointment, at 21st Century Storage located at 1800 Route 35 South, Ocean
Township, NJ 07712. Please call the Storage office at (732) 531-2624 or
Dean Ross at (732) 610-5795 to make a drop off appointment. There will be
very little human contact for your curbside drop-off.
In addition, the Museum is offering local pick-up on Thursday, September 23rd, from 9 AM to 12 PM, for those unable to drop off their items. To arrange pick-up, contact Dean Ross at (732) 610-5795. The rain date for pick-up is Friday, September 24th from 9 AM to 12 PM.
The auction will run from Monday, October 4th through the 18th,
with all bids being placed online through Storagetreasures.com. Once the
winning bid is accepted, the winner will have 48 hours to clear out the winning
unit.
