The New Jersey Intergenerational Orchestra Has Two Events Coming Soon!
The New Jersey Intergenerational Orchestra has two events coming soon!
August 23 (Monday), 7-8 pm
Join us for a Zoom information event. We will discuss protocols, season plans, music, and more. Log on to say hello and bring all of your questions! This is open to current members and prospective members. If you have not registered for the fall yet, please rsvp to receive the Zoom link 🙂
August 30 (Monday), 7 - 9 pm
Come out on Monday, August 30th, to play and learn about all of the ensembles that NJIO has to offer. NJIO is hosting an open house that will allow musicians to experience the music level of each orchestra. Artistic Director Warren Cohen will guide players through each ensemble, detailing the benefits of playing in each group. Prospective members are invited to play, learn about our organization, and find the most comfortable placement. Current NJIO members are invited to come out for an evening of music and bring a friend!
Additionally, NJIO's outreach ensemble will perform at the start of the night. Outreach brings music to audiences that can not attend performances (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc.).
Mark your calendar for a night of music on August 30th!
All ages and levels are welcome. Vaccinations for participants over the age of 12 are required (or a negative COVID test result within 24 hours).
Please contact Michelle Tolentino at firstname.lastname@example.org for details and to rsvp. We hope to see you there!
