Supporting the Next
Generation With Female Pre-College Musicians Leading the MO on Sunday Featuring Valissima Institute’s inaugural class of superb
female pre-college conductors, the MO is proud to participate in the Grand
Finale Concert—the first of its kind in the world. Valissima artists will
be conducting and performing as concerto soloists in major works by J.C.
Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Schubert and Vivaldi. Valissima's Grand Finale Concert is presented as the close of
a two-week Summer Conducting Intensive Program, in collaboration with the
Montclair Orchestra, the 2021 program partner. Sunday, August 8, 3:00pm | South Orange
