Crossroads Exhibition

Our lives over this past year have changed in ways that we are still trying to comprehend. With the pandemic, we lost the unspoken connection we make with one another, from a single handshake to a hug or kiss. This exhibition re-connects us and celebrates the return of the artists, who are reacting, lending their voices, and presenting book works that reflect our tumultuous times. The books presented in this exhibition open a dialogue about policies and concerns facing our country. Curated by Maria G. Pisano.

PRINT+ exhibition

Print + showcases the work of diverse artists who use a multitude of traditional and contemporary printing methods to create one-of-a kind or multiple prints that include a sculptural, performance, and installation perspective. Print + presents both a diversity of printing methods and a diversity in artists who speak to protest and resistance under the direction of guest curator Sheila Goloborotko. PRINT + focuses on the importance of showcasing contemporary works where diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion are essential and fertile ecology.

In addition to inspiring people with our award-winning classes and summer camps, we spark imaginations with world-class art installed on our terrace and in our galleries. We offer yoga sessions where you experience serenity, we maintain the beautiful stone mill that deepens your ties with the past, and we provide a gathering place for your family and friends on the Toshiko Takaezu Terrace. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation so that we may continue being a place to connect people to contemporary art, craft, and design in ways that educate, challenge, and inspire.
