Dance
|
|
Our dance
program focuses on building a strong technical foundation in a
nurturing and professional atmosphere. We are dedicated to each
student's improvement and development.
Classes in
Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, Partnering, + Conditioning,
taught by esteemed faculty from AXCBT, Juilliard, and
Ailey/Fordham, including AXCBT/APAA Director Gabriel Chajnik +
guest artists from New York City Ballet, Radio City, + Paul Taylor
Dance Company.
Placement
class required for advanced-level classes (ages 12+) and
fundamentals classes (ages 11+).
Dance
classes available to all dancers ages 3+

Theater
|
|
Our musical theater/dramatic arts
track offers high-quality training for students looking to refine
their performance skills!
Classes in Theater Lab (ages 11+), and
Primary Theater Classes to create a well-rounded performer (ages
3–10). Esteemed faculty includes APAA Theater Director Jason Cohen
(Broadway), APAA Primary Director Wendy Roman, and Tony Award-winning
guest artists.
Select students will perform in The
Spongebob Musical, directed by Abby C. Smith (Mrs. Puff from the
Original Broadway Cast of The Spongebob Musical)!

of our theater curriculum.

Music
|

Whether you
want to learn to sing, or develop + refine your vocal training,
join our vocal classes!
Taught by
vocal trainer Joe Moffitt, these classes will help refine +
strengthen vocal technique as students learn new repertoire.
Classes
available to students ages 7–10

Adult Dance
|
|
Whether you are new to dance, enjoy
dancing, or are revisiting your love for dance, join our Adult Dance
Classes!
Ballet + tap classes are available for
adults, and the classes cater to the level of those participating. We
guarantee you will have so much fun!
Classes are taught by esteemed faculty
from AXCBT, Ailey/Fordham, and Broadway.
Classes available to dancers ages 18+
