ATG Announces 2021-22 Season!

Dear Friend of American Theater Group:

We are thrilled to announce the return to live theater with the presentation of our 2021-22 season in our new state-of-the-art home at the Mitchell and Ann Sieminski Theater in Basking Ridge, NJ. We are pleased to present:

THE EVOLUTION OF (HENRY) MANN

October 14-24th, 2021

This lively new musical features music and lyrics by Drama Desk nominee Douglas J. Cohen (Children’s Letters to God) and book and lyrics by Dan Elish (13: The Musical) based on his novel, Nine Wives. It follows Henry Mann, a 30-something single New Yorker eager to settle down…or so he thinks. After receiving an invitation to his ex-fiancée’s wedding, he embarks on a quest to find his perfect date.

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN

March 17-27, 2022

This gripping drama by Sharyn Rothstein (By the Water, USA Network’s "Suits"), is a powerful look at today’s social media landscape. It explores how a young man’s mistake at 17 haunts him online a decade later. Desperate for a normal life, he goes to extraordinary lengths to erase his indiscretion. Sharyn was the playwright of the highly acclaimed ATG production of A Good Farmer.

ALL OVER THE MAP

June 9-19, 2022

This highly engaging, autobiographical one-man show is performed by Bill Bowers, a critically acclaimed entertainer who presents and teaches the art of physical storytelling throughout the world. Bill has spent over 30 years on the road performing in 25 countries, appearing on Broadway, in the White House….and in the finest grade school cafeterias.

Our new season offers diverse offerings with wide appeal,  and we know you're as excited to watch as we are to perform. We look forward to seeing you in October for the return of live theater!
