Reeves Reed Arboretum for Kids: Square Foot Gardening

Tuesday, June 29 | 4:00pm

Ages 5-12

Hey Kids, want a hands-on experience to learn about nature and how plants grow? Join us online to create your own garden with Square Foot Gardening expert Althea Llewellyn of Reeves-Reed Arboretum. Kids registered for this program will receive a gardening kit, then will join Althea for a program online to grow their own plants!

Get volunteer hours for doing what you love to do already: reading.

 

Take and Makes

 

For Kids up to age 11: Each week, children are invited to take home a bag of craft supplies to make a specific project. Check with the Children's Room for more details.

 

For Teens ages 12-17: Stop by the Reference Desk for a perler bead Pride keychain.

 

For Adults ages 18 and up: Stop by the Reference Desk for a DIY fabric banner.



Take and makes available while supplies last. Only one take and make per person please. Millburn library cardholders only.
