Third Offering in New Concert Series from RVCC

RVCCArts is pleased to join the RVCC Arts and
Design Department in offering its MOSAIKA Concert Series, a series
of virtual concerts suited to the time. The next concert is coming up this Sunday, January 10, at
2:00 p.m. This program, which will stream live at Facebook.com/RVCCMusic, will feature the trio Solace in a heavy-hitting program of chamber music masterpieces: - Beethoven's immortal "Ghost"
Trio, which takes its name from its eerie-sounding 2nd movement
- the
haunting Andante con moto from Schubert's Piano
Trio in E flat, opus 100
- Dmitri Shostakovich's dark, brooding and
even-more-haunting Piano Trio #2 in E minor, opus 67, one of
the great masterpieces of the 20th Century.
- Great music, played
by great musicians!
