Audition now for Shivery Shorts!

a Halloween-themed virtual production of spine-tingling tales fit for the season!
Step 1: Go to the Auditions page on our website and download the
audition piece: "The Spider and the Fly."
Step 2: Record yourself reading the text (video strongly preferred), playing
all three characters (narrator, spider, fly). Have fun with it, and give us
your spooky best!
Step 3: Send your audition clip to themaplewoodstrollers@gmail.com with the
subject line, "October audition."
Shivery Shorts
will be a rehearsed reading (no memorization required!). A variety of
characters and narrators is needed. The Strollers are committed to diversity,
and all are encouraged to audition. Audition clips will be kept on file for
future Virtual Stage productions.
Audition deadline:
Monday, October 5 (by end of day)
Casting decisions will
be made by Friday, October 9, and rehearsals will begin immediately.
(Rehearsals will be conducted via Zoom; schedule to be determined according to
cast availability.)
Performance date: Friday, October 23, at 7:30 pm, via Zoom.
