10 writers from Emily Mann's Documentary Theater Workshop will share the monologues that they created by interviewing people about the present moment. Diverse in age, profession, gender, race, and ethnicity, these writers have crafted beautiful monologues that capture our country’s state of mind in all its complexity. During quarantine, she has been hosting virtual performances directly from her kitchen, with her sweet Golden Retriever by her side.
