NJPAC update: Performances postponed through April 13

In response to the severity of the coronavirus epidemic, effective immediately NJPAC is suspending all performances, both on and off our campus, for 30 days.

The health of our patrons, staff, artists and neighbors must be our primary concern. Following the guidance of Governor Murphy and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, the Arts Center will be on hiatus through April 13 to help contain the spread of COVID-19 in our community. NJPAC’s Box Office will be closed during this time.

All the performances scheduled for March 13 through April 13 will be rescheduled. In addition, all NJPAC performances after April 13 are still on sale, and we look forward to reopening then to present more world-class entertainment.

Although our campus will be closed for the coming month, our staff is still hard at work. We’ll be in touch with more details about our reopening and other news soon. In the meantime, you can find more information and our updated schedule on our website and on all our social media channels.

We never like our stages to be empty, but these unique circumstances require that we make the wellbeing of everyone who visits or works at NJPAC our first priority.

If you have any questions, please call NJPAC Customer Service at 973.297.5843 from 12PM to 6PM Monday through Saturday.

Stay safe,

The NJPAC Team
