DLT: Regarding the Coronavirus

To all Patrons, Supporters and Friends of DLT,

We at DLT have been closely monitoring reports from the CDC, and local News for the latest updates and warnings pertaining to the Coronavirus.

The often repeated mantra, "The show must go on," has long stood to represent the stability and resilience of theatre even in desperate times marked by fear and hardship. During the many dark periods of our history, theatre has remained a beacon of light. We are now encountering one of those dire times with the recent spread of the Coronavirus.

The show must go on, but the safety of those who attend our shows and work on them is always our first priority. We have, and will continue to take every possible precaution to keep our actors, volunteers, and guests safe. We have implemented additional sanitation to the areas accessible to the public, as well as our backstage facilities. We will remain vigilant and, if need be, we are prepared to make decisions pertaining to our current production based on the recommendations of the CDC as the situation continues to change.

We ask that you help us in keeping our theatre safe. We encourage you, if you are not feeling well, to remain home rather than attend one of our performances. If you have already reserved tickets, we will accommodate you. As an added precaution, if you would like to meet with the actors after a performance, we ask that you do so outside, in front of theatre.

If you have any questions in regards to our preparations or policies, please feel free to contact us. We wish you safety and good health as we work together to overcome this virus. We will be ready to alert you of any changes at DLT. For now, we look forward to seeing you at the show.

Warmest regards,

Larry Pelham

President, DLT
