Get Inspired with a Fall Class or Workshop
Let your artistic talents and aspirations thrive this fall by enrolling in a class at the Hunterdon Art Museum. The Museum is offering more than 50 classes and workshops for children and adults beginning in September.
Register by Sept. 3 and save $10 on most of our classes and workshops.
All programs are taught by professional artists and teachers ensuring you and your children enjoy an enriching and rewarding classroom experience. This fall we're offering a variety of classes in painting, drawing, ceramics, silkscreen, comic book drawing and more for children and/or adults.
Scholarships Available for Art With Heart & Artistic Expressions
We're offering four scholarships this fall for our Art With Heart class for teens and pre-teens, and 10 scholarships to our Artistic Expressions classes for adults. Both are open studio programs designed for those with special needs, physical limitations, developmental disabilities and/or any neurodiversity.
In both programs, students are encouraged to express their own vision in a fun and nurturing environment. They are presented with a choice of art materials to discover what they enjoy working with best. Art-making topics are tailored to students’ interests, and include drawing, painting, sculpting, mixed media and fiber arts.
Art With Heart for children ages 5 to 16 runs for four Saturdays starting September 24, at 1:30 p.m.
Artistic Expressions has two classes available starting Tuesday, Sept. 24 or Thursday, Sept. 26 and running for 10 weeks. Both classes are from 6:30 to 8 p.m.; scholarships can be used for either class.
To learn more, visit our website or call our Education Coordinator Joan Gavornik at 908-735-8415.
All scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to apply is September 9.
Scholarships are made possible thanks to a grant from Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Investors Foundation and donations by generous individuals.
