The program officially starts on December 3rd, and goes for 10 days, but you can do it any time. The live calls will be on December 3 and 13 at 1pm ET, or you can watch the recordings at your leisure. Either way, the exercises will come to you for 10 days via email; there’s no FB group to join where you’ll have to keep up and follow along, or process your process among others. (This program is all about self-exploration, and it requires quiet and introspection, so the less time you’re getting sucked up in the swirl and noise on social media, the better.)
