Register early for this sell-out event! Wendy Hollender, author, illustrator, teacher, and coordinator of botanical art and illustration at the New York Botanical Garden, joins us for another two-day workshop drawing plants reminiscent of  those grown in Morven’s circa 1850’s greenhouse. Students will create detailed botanical drawings of flowering plants and citrus fruit. Thursday evening’s illustrated lecture will present historic examples of American botanical art, outlining artistic techniques used then, and still today.
