“SO HOW DOES A MUSICAL BECOME A MUSICAL?” TALK IN FREEHOLD

So How Does A Musical

The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County presents So How Does a Musical Become a Musical? a talk by Larry Lowenstein.

After 30 years as a theater professor at Brookdale Community College, where he directed more than 100 shows, Larry Lowenstein had done every show on his wish list. Therefore, after he retired, he decided to create his own original musical called The Next Big Thing. In this presentation, Professor Lowenstein will talk about what it takes to develop and put together a musical, revealing the process, pitfalls, and triumphs.
