Youth Improv 9:00am – 10:30am (Ages 9 - 12) Anything is possible when you improvise! Students will learn the basic skills of improvisation by playing imaginative theatre games, creating larger than life characters, and thinking on their feet. | | | | 
Enter Stage Left: Teen Scene Study 10:30am – 12:30pm (ages 13 - 17) Comic monologues and tragic scenes—explore your range as an actor as you learn how to bring characters fully to life! Mainstage Scene Study This course will explore the foundations of script analysis, characterization, and relationship through an in-depth investigation of a play from George Street Playhouse’s mainstage. Students will read and explore scenes from Christopher Demos-Brown’s, American Son. The cost of the class includes the script of American Son and one ticket to a performance of the production. | | | | 
Performance Lab: American Sons and Daughters
How do we talk about race, identity and bias in America? What does social justice look like for all Americans, and how do we share stories about the challenges that divides us and the healing that can bring us together? Students will develop an original play through the exploration of themes from our mainstage production American Son.
