Come share this wonderful musical afternoon and enjoy over 20 songs that have delighted audiences over the years including “The Last Time I Saw Paris” from the 1940s movie, Lady Be Good; “The Way You Look Tonight” from Swing Time starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers; “It Might as Well Be Spring” from State Fair; and a medley of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “Counting Your Blessings Instead of Sheep,” and “When You Wish Upon A Star.”

The Oasis Players was formed in 2009 with the goal of bringing elegant, cabaret-style concerts to local audiences throughout New Jersey. Typically the group performs with 5 male and 5 female singers with piano accompaniment. They have performed at Monmouth University, churches, synagogues, senior developments, and local libraries. Performances help raise donations and awareness for food pantries and cancer research. To this end, food donations will be collected at this program.

This event marks the seventh appearance of the Oasis Players at the Museum. It is produced and directed by Robert Weinstein, with musical direction provided by pianist Vic Schioppo.
