The Center for Contemporary Art is excited to announce that it is currently taking registrations for the summer schedule of art classes and workshops for adults. There are ten summer evening classes and ten weekend workshops for adults. Monday and Tuesday evening classes are offered for artists of all ages and levels of expertise in a variety of media including oil and acrylic paint, watercolor, drawing, photography, and ceramics.

Special summer workshops such as “Digital Photography,” a one-day workshop with Dwight Hiscano, provide unique opportunities for local artists to study the basics of digital photography while learning to “see” photographically and artistically.

Another workshop offered is “Pen and Ink Drawing” with Megan Becker. In this one-day workshop, students will learn how the stroke of a pen can determine the volume, shading, or texture of an object.

Other workshops include “Watercolor Painting” with Steve Zazenski, “Mosaics” with Donna Conklin, and “Portrait Painting in Oil” with Gary Godbee.

For further information or to register for a class, please visit The Center for Contemporary Art online at www.ccabedminster.org or call (908) 234-2345.
