STUDENT JAZZ ENSEMBLE TO PERFORM @ RVCC

Raritan Valley Community College’s  Student Jazz Ensemble

The group is directed by John Loehrke of New York City.

The ensemble will perform pieces by a variety of jazz artists, including Thelonious Monk, Bud Powell, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Sun Ra. The group also will perform music from the great American songbook, featuring Arthur Hamilton’s “Cry Me A River.”

The Student Jazz Ensemble includes the following members: Keith Bernstein, Branchburg; Jonathan Anderson, Mason L. Shepherd, Jon Loree, and Chris Loree, Hillsborough; Jason Zujkowski and Vincent Bickar, Manville; Daniel Tenenbaum, Bridgewater; Maxwell Mellies, North Plainfield; Stephen Pettinelli, Alpha; Sara Dalen, Frenchtown; Nick Blue, Somerville; Shelby Bacorn, Lambertville; Cora Hartigan, Stewartsville; Jessie Agins, Raritan; Jon Levering, Flemington; Zach Seif, Middlesex; Chris Compton, Long Hill; Christopher Zanardi, Bernardsville; Brian McCarthy, South Plainfield; Drew Possumaro, Allendale; Johnny Durso, Montgomery; and Camellia Mooney, Garfield.

Raritan Valley Community College’s main campus is located at 118 Lamington Road in Branchburg, NJ.
