There are 5 essential elements for Bollywood dance, which will be covered in these workshops:
1. Timing & Rhythm
2. Energy & Enthusiasm
4. Sharp classical hand and feet gestures
5. Controlled and expressive movements
These classes will also give the dancer the ability to learn an entire Bollywood dance within 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to specially designed warm-ups with hand and foot work, to help you understand the movement of the body.
