REALLY ROSIE, introduces us to Rosie, the sassiest kid on her block of Brooklyn’s Avenue P, who entertains herself and her friends by acting out show biz fantasies, notably directing and starring in an Oscar winning movie. REALLY ROSIE is a jewel for children and adults. Author, Maurice Sendak, is a winner of a Caldecott Medal, National Book Award, and a National Medal of the Arts. Composer, Carole King, is a winner of a National Academy of Songwriters Lifetime Achievement Award, a Grammy Trustees Award, the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the Library of Congress’s Gershwin Award for Popular Song. Whether you’re 2 or 100 years old, REALLY ROSIE will lift your spirits and make your heart sing!

REALLY ROSIE features the talents of six young performers in the cast. Kayla O’Brien of Flemington, makes her Growing Stage debut as Rosie. Also making their debuts at the Palace are Sasha Nelson of Sparta as Alligator, Lauren Hertzig of Flanders as Kathy, Jon Wade of Budd Lake as Pierre and Grady Morgan of Great Meadows as Chicken Soup. Nick Profito (Flounder from Disney’s The Little Mermaid) rounds out the cast as Johnny.
