Members of the Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein gather for their annual quiche prize-winning contest. Will the threat of a Communist invasion ruin the festivities or will they keep their cool? This winner of the 2012 NYC Fringe Festival is a farcical romp dishing up tasty theatrical comfort food.

The play received rave reviews at the Fringe Fest : "5 out of 5 stars! This bitingly funny story of friendship, pastry and forbidden love has the audience in stitches." - Vancouver Sun.

N.Y. Times "Its raw and magnetic dementia seems destined to attract a cult following."

"4 out of 4 stars! 5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche is brilliantly funny! Just like a quiche, this show is meant to be shared with friends." - Chicago Theatre Beat.

“Sharp, smart and hysterically funny.” – Time Out Chicago.

Michael Driscoll adds for Alliance Rep’s Production, ”I am very fortunate to be working with these 5 talented ladies. They are a joy to work with and I'm sure even Kim Davis would love this play!
