"Art imitates life. Life imitates art. When two actors with a history are thrown together as romantic leads in a forgotten 1930’s melodrama, THE LAST KISS, they quickly lose touch with reality as the story onstage follows them offstage. They follow that with a second play, a gritty contemporary story of love and violence called I LOVED HER BEFORE I KILLED HER or BLURRY. The effect is a web spinning tale about what happens when lovers share a stage kiss—or when actors share a real one.”
