Farmstead Arts will host Bayou in the Barn, a family friendly music, food and art festival.  The event features music by the VooDUDES and Half Normal, southern eats, an art show and sale, and lawn games.

VooDUDES_25th_Anniversary_Photo__2_(2)New Jersey's own Mardi Gras party band, the VooDUDES, will perform in the barn from 8 – 9 pm. Celebrating their 25th anniversary season, the VooDUDES incorporate elements of R&B, boogie-woogie, Zydeco, Latin, honky-tonk gospel, southern folk, and island music into their own distinctive blend of what can only be described as Louisiana music with a New Jersey accent. The VooDUDES has performed from Montreal to New Orleans and have been featured in numerous festivals, including The Red Bank Jazz and Blues Festival, Philadelphia's Jambalaya Jam, New York's Benson & Hedges Blues Festival and Ft. Lauderdale's Crazy Crawfish Fest.
