Set at the turn of the 20th century in Sweden, A Little Night Music spins a tale exploring the meaning of love versus desire and the significance of family. Considering her young daughter Fredrika and overbearing mother Madame Armfeldt, Desiree must choose between her present liaison, insanely jealous Count Carl-Magnus Malcolm, and Fredrik during a dramatic weekend in the country with their wives and extended family.
